I am thoroughly impressed once again by the exceptional service provided by Johnathan and Damion! After a lightning storm caused a potential burnout of my router or modem at 7pm last night, I promptly reported the issue to Damion. To my delight, the very next morning, I received an email from Johnathan confirming that he had registered the problem. Remarkably, by 2pm, both Johnathan and Damion had arrived and replaced the faulty unit! It’s truly remarkable! Not only did I not have to follow up, but I also received a total of 5 calls from both Johnathan and Damion to ensure that everything was resolved and that I was back online. I couldn’t be happier! SCG, you truly have an incredible team of individuals who consistently bring smiles to our faces. Well done and thank you once again!

The service provided was outstanding! The staff was prompt and friendly in addressing my phone issue. Within a short span of time, I received a call from SCG, and Trishen provided exceptional assistance over the phone, going above and beyond to help me. The following day, Trishen proactively followed up to ensure everything was going well. Even though the problem couldn’t be resolved over the phone, Trishen assured me that an engineer would be sent promptly to resolve the issue.
