New Star Networks is a telecoms company that was established in the United Kingdom in 2010. Due to its successful performance, the company expanded its operations and set up offices in South Africa in 2017.
The primary motivation for establishing back-office operations in South Africa was to facilitate rapid growth.
The utilisation of a hosted PBX system was pivotal in making the concept of having a contact centre in South Africa feasible, and it has since become a significant selling point for our services.
Since commencing local operations in 2018, we have effectively created a self-funded contact centre, which now operates under the name SCG South Africa.
